  • Do your snack bouquets contain dairy/nuts/gluten?
    Yes, they do. As our bouquets include a wide range of snacks and confectionery manufactured by a variety of brands, please carefully check the allergen information on each individual product before consumption.
  • Do you do bulk or corporate orders?

Shipping & Delivery

  • How quickly can I get my bouquet?
    Every bouquet is handmade to order, so we usually require 3-4 days to make sure it's perfect before despatch. If you can't wait that long to get your hands on your snacks (we totally understand!), let us know and we'll do our best to help!
  • What are my delivery/pick up options?

    SYDNEY:
    1. Local Pick Up - Marrickville Library
    2. Sydney Delivery - Fee calculated at checkout dependent on location

    MELBOURNE:
    1. Local Pick Up - Box Hill
    2. Melbourne Delivery - Fee calculated at checkout dependent on location
  • What time will my bouquet be delivered? Can I select a specific time for delivery? 
    Our deliveries are generally made anytime between 9am - 7pm on your selected delivery day. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a specific time as this is dependent on our third party courier's route for the day. During seasonal peak periods, please be aware that this delivery window may widen subject to our courier company's policy. 

  • What happens if the recipient is not home?
    If the recipient is not at home, the courier will leave the bouquet at the front door if it is safe to do so. If the courier is unable to safely leave the delivery, it will unfortunately need to be returned to us. We can redeliver the order at a charge of 50% of the original order cost plus the additional delivery charge.

  • Can you deliver to an apartment/unit complex? 
    We sure can! Please ensure the unit number is clearly listed when you place your order, and that the lucky recipient is home to accept the delivery! If the building is secured, and the driver is unable to get in to complete the delivery, the bouquet will unfortunately need to be returned to us. We can redeliver the order at a charge of 50% of the original order cost plus the additional delivery charge.

  • Can you deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, hospitals, police stations, airports or government bases? 
    Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to these locations due to restricted access and/or strict regulations for deliveries. 

Changes, Returns & Cancellations

  • Can I return or cancel my order?
    Unfortunately we are unable to accept cancellations once your order has been placed. In the unlikely event that your bouquet has not met your expectations, please get in touch!

  • Can I make a change to my order? 
    Drop us an email as soon as possible, and if we haven't started creating your bouquet we'd be more than happy to help!
